Anderdon is the former township north and east of Amherstburg, with the hamlet of McGregor at its inland edge. It is rural: concession roads, larger parcels, custom builds and farmland, rather than subdivisions.
The draw is space with access. McGregor is close to Highway 401 and the run into Windsor's south end is short, so this area competes for buyers who would otherwise look at LaSalle or South Windsor but want acreage.
