Harjeet came to real estate from tech. He earned a master's in computer science at the University of Windsor, built a career around data and AI, worked with Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada, taught Data Analytics at St. Clair College, and helped other post-secondary institutions bring data and AI into their programs.
The throughline is teaching. It's the part of every job he's enjoyed most, and it's exactly what he does with buyers and sellers now. He would rather walk you through the comparable listings, what they're actually asking, how long they've been sitting, and what the monthly payment really looks like once default insurance and semi-annual compounding are accounted for — so you're deciding, not being sold to.

Asking prices are labelled as asking prices. Mortgage estimates compound semi-annually, as Canadian fixed-rate mortgages legally require, and include default insurance where it applies. Where data doesn't exist — sale prices aren't published in this feed — the site says so instead of guessing.
You can browse every listing, see full details, and work out payments without handing over an email address. Registration exists because a curated list saves you time, not because a wall makes you easier to chase.
Sometimes the right advice is to wait, to spend nothing on renovations, or that a home isn't worth what you hoped. That conversation is more useful than an agreeable one.
