This website is operated by Harjeet Singh, REALTOR®, a registrant with Jump Realty. Harjeet is the person accountable for the personal information collected here and is the point of contact for any privacy question or request.

Personal information is only collected when you give it to us:

• When you register for a listing list: your name, email address, phone number, and the search criteria you selected (area, price range, bedrooms, property type). This is used to build and maintain your personal results page and to follow up about your search.
• When you ask about a specific home: your name, email address, optional phone number, your message, and the listing you asked about. This is used to answer you.
• When you give consent: the exact wording you agreed to, the date and time, the page you were on, your IP address, and your browser's user-agent string. CASL places the burden of proving consent on the sender, so this record is kept as evidence that consent was given, and is not used for marketing or profiling.

No account is required to browse listings, and no personal information is collected from you for browsing.

Marketing email, calls, and text messages are sent only with your express consent, given through a checkbox that is never pre-ticked. You can withdraw consent at any time — use the unsubscribe link in any email, reply STOP to any text, or contact Harjeet directly. Withdrawal takes effect promptly and at no cost to you.

Withdrawing marketing consent does not delete your information; it stops the marketing. To have your information deleted, see “Access, correction, and deletion” below.

Your information is never sold, rented, or traded. It is shared only with service providers that make this site work:

• Follow Up Boss — the customer relationship management system Harjeet uses to manage client communication. All follow-up email is sent from there, not from this website.
• Vercel — website hosting and traffic analytics.
• Neon — the database where registrations and consent records are stored.

Some of these providers store or process data on servers outside Canada, including in the United States. While it is held outside Canada, information may be accessible to foreign courts and law enforcement under the laws of that country.

Information may also be disclosed where required by law, or as required by the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO) or under the Trust in Real Estate Services Act.

Property listings shown here come from the Canadian Real Estate Association's Data Distribution Facility (DDF®). That data describes properties, not you, and browsing it does not identify you to the listing brokerage.

• Contact details and search criteria: kept while you are an active contact, and for up to 7 years after your last interaction — the period Ontario real estate record-keeping requirements contemplate for client records.
• Consent records: kept for at least 3 years after consent is withdrawn, so that compliance can be demonstrated for the period in which messages were sent.
• Inquiries about specific homes: kept alongside the contact record on the same schedule.

Information no longer needed for these purposes is deleted or anonymized.

You have the right to ask what personal information is held about you, to have it corrected if it is wrong, and to ask for it to be deleted. Contact Harjeet and your request will be answered within 30 days, as PIPEDA requires. There is no charge for a reasonable request.

If you are not satisfied with the response, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.

This site uses privacy-respecting traffic analytics to understand which pages are useful.

It also uses the Meta pixel and Meta's Conversions API to measure the performance of Facebook and Instagram advertising. This tells us whether an ad led to someone requesting a listing list — it is used to measure and improve advertising, not to build a profile of you.

Meta sets cookies in your browser (including _fbp and, if you arrived from an ad, _fbc) to recognise the same browser across visits. When you submit a form, a matching record of that conversion is also sent from our server directly to Meta, so measurement still works if your browser blocks the pixel.

Your email address and phone number are never sent to Meta in readable form. They are irreversibly hashed (SHA-256) before transmission, so Meta can match them against accounts it already holds but cannot read them. Your IP address and browser user-agent are sent as part of that matching.

You can limit this with your browser's tracking protection or an ad blocker, and through your Meta account's off-Facebook activity settings. Blocking it does not affect your ability to use this site or receive the listings you asked for.

Information is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored in access-controlled systems. No system is perfectly secure, but access is limited to Harjeet and the service providers listed above.

This site is intended for adults in the market for real estate services and is not directed at children. Personal information is not knowingly collected from anyone under 18.

If this policy changes materially, the date at the top will be updated. Consent already given is always evaluated against the wording that was shown at the time it was given.
