Sold prices are not public data in Ontario, and they are not in the listing feed this site runs on — every price you see on these pages is an asking price. The sale history comes from the board's records, and a registrant has to pull it. That's Harjeet, by hand, usually within a business day.
Which means you get context with it — what the sale says about the street, and whether the number still means anything today. An automated figure would give you neither.
